The owner is very kind and friendly, the apartment is clean and comfortable, from the balcony we can see the beautiful view and sunset. we brought 4 large suitcases and the accommodation staff had prepared and helped carry the suitcases as soon as we got out of the taxi, and that was very helpful

Their welcoming gave us a home comfort feeling from the minute we walked in. Alex the manager gave us recommendations of further things to do on the island. Which were all great. The bedrooms were very clean. The jacuzzi at the hotel was the best part bc you could chill at the end of your day.

It's a few minute walk to the bus station, nearby shops and restaurants. The room is elegant, clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectation.The host was so helpful and friendly, he suggested "the best restaurant" nearby. The food there was amazing and the restaurant owner was super nice too (Salt and Pepper Restaurant). It is easy to contact the owner by whatsapp for anything you need. He speaks English which is great.

We stayed in Pool Suite 3, everything was amazing. Lots of space and felt like home. We stayed in Santorini for a total of 10 days but the only availability at SantoRossa was for the last 4 nights of our holiday. The owner, Mrs Kalliopi, was so attentive - we even received pastries one morning and Magnums in our freezer another day. She was there to answer any questions we had whether it be about the property or what there is to do across the island. It’s clear to see she really wants all of her guests to have the best time. We’ve stayed in a lot of places but the attention to detail was beyond at SantoRossa. Definitely recommend hiring a car for staying here - it’s so easy to get about the island as only a 45 minute drive from top to bottom, however there are local bakeries, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We look forward to coming back after we’ve had our baby.

The room at Serapias Suites was truly beautiful. It was evident that attention to detail was given in every aspect of the design. The decor was tastefully chosen, creating a soothing and inviting ambiance. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and waking up to the breathtaking view from our window was a true delight. I highly recommend Serapias Suites to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Santorini. The hotel's staff exemplified genuine hospitality, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The location in Exo Gonia was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling crowds, yet still within easy reach of the island's popular attractions.
